Marc Crowley is a righteous, relevant, and strategic leader, his passion is twofold: purpose and presence – that each individual the world over would realize the purpose for which they were born and find themselves present and engaged in contributing to the peace and welfare of society.
Marc Cowley is a senior leadership consultant with Dominion Enterprises, LLC. He is a proven leadership coach. Marc Crowley is also the Senior Leader of Kingdom Life and a Bishop in the Lord’s Church. Additionally, he is an Adjunct Professor of Theology at Maple Springs Bible College and Seminary.

Marc Crowley began his ministry in the church at an early age; he preached his first sermon at 5 years old. Bishop Crowley graduated from the Duke Ellington School of Performing Arts and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the Maple Springs Baptist Bible College and Seminary in 2001. He earned a M.Div. from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology, Virginia Union University. He earned a Doctor of Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Leadership Coaching at Regent University.

Marc Crowley is married to Lady Tonya R. Crowley. They are the proud parents of two children.

Tonya serves as Executive Pastor, responsible for the overall leadership and direction of church staff in accomplishing the church’s mission as well as supporting the Senior Pastor through prayer, ministry effectiveness evaluation, discernment, decision-making, and planning. As an Elder in the Lord’s Church, she provides life coaching to individuals, married couples, and families.

Tonya is a Lead Consultant with Dominion Enterprises, LLC offering non-clinical marriage and family consultative services, as well as Federal Government career coaching. She has over 28 years of Federal Service as a Human Resource professional with competencies in recruiting, staffing, as well as diversity and inclusion.

Tonya earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Bowie State University and a Masters of Arts in Human Services with a concentration in Marriage and Family Ministry at Regent University. She has a heart and passion for helping individuals and couples navigate the challenges of life.
She is happily married to Bishop Marc Crowley, and they are the proud parents of two teenage children.
